When you should spay your pet?

...Less than one year.  It is generally accepted that less mammary cancer occurs in females spayed at a young age.

Spaying your pet will help them live longer, healthier lives.  It will eliminate the possibility of uterine/ovarian cancer.  It will entirely eliminate the risk for Pyometra, an abscessed, pus-filled uterus which requires surgery to correct. Significantly reduces the risk of breast cancer and tumors of the ovaries and uterus.  Spaying can eliminate irresponsible breeding and surplus animals which many end up in shelters or spreading diseases.
