Holden Veterinary Clinic Care Commitment
Our entire veterinary team is committed to caring for our patients, our clients, and each other in the following manner:
1- We commit to being community oriented, vowing to support our community programs such as the Central Massachusetts Disaster Animal Responce Team and supporting the work of canine officers and their partners. We will also assist in activities that benefit the community in which we live.
2- We are dedicated to fulfilling our roles to work as a team for the well being of our patients, addressing our clients' needs, educating ourselves and our clients, and following up on our medical and surgical cases.
3- We respect our clients, our patients, and each other. We will greet clients with a smile when they enter the clinic, greet pets by their names, and make sure we assist our coworkers before we leave in the evening.
4- We demonstrate our loyalty to our clients, our patients, and our team is shown by helping one anouther, working late nights, and taking emergency calls for our clients.
5- We are committed to listening to our clients concerns and guiding them through education about the options available for their pets' care.
6- We commit to keeping the clinic on the forefront of veterinary medicine by going to educational conferences, classes, and wet labs and bringing these advancements back to our clients and our patients.
7- We are honest and forthright about our patients and their conditions, recommending what is best for their care.
8- We commit to treating one anouther, our clients, and our patients with compassionate care, understanding people's and animals' needs for physical and emotional well-being.
